1. Terms of Agreement

By accessing and using Certify, provided by Factoz Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. License and Institute Obligations

Certify grants authorized institutes, training academies, schools, and coaching centers a non-exclusive license to generate, download, distribute, and verify student certificates. Institutes are strictly responsible for ensuring that all student credentials, course marks, and roll numbers entered are accurate, truthful, and authorized.

3. Subscription Plan Usage

Subscription plans provide certificate generation for registered institutions. Sharing account credentials across multiple independent commercial organizations or using automated scraping bots without authorization is prohibited.

4. On-Call Custom Design Service

Qualifying subscribers receive on-call custom certificate template creation assistance by our graphic design team. Requests are processed based on queued production workflows.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
