• Student Certificate Data: Student names, roll numbers, course names, grades, and issue dates provided by authorized institutes.
• Financial & Transaction Data: Subscription billing records processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay). Full card credentials are never stored on Certify servers.
• Technical & Log Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser details, timestamp, and device operating system used during certificate issuance and public QR verification checks.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process data strictly to provide certificate generation, tamper-proof QR verification, account authentication, subscription billing, and customer support. We do not sell user or student data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard AES-encrypted storage and HTTPS transport security. Dynamic student records are shielded from search engine scrapers using strict noindex metadata directives.
